chocolate sponge cakeAs I recently have a little time, I had been looking on the internet yesterday. In need of new, exciting tips, inspirational recipes that We have never used before, to surprise my loved ones with. Hunting for quite some time unfortunately couldn't discover too many interesting things. Just before I thought to give up on it, I ran across this yummy and simple treat simply by accident over ambitiouskitchen. It seemed so tempting
on its pic, that called for urgent action.
It had been easy to imagine just how it is made, its taste and how much boyfriend is going to enjoy it. Actually, it is extremely simple to keep happy the guy when it comes to puddings. Yes, I'm a lucky one. Or possibly he is.Anyways, I got into the website and then used the step by step instuctions that were combined with wonderful shots of the method. It just makes life less difficult. I could suppose it is a slight effort to shoot snap shots in the midst of baking in the kitchen as you normally have sticky hands so I genuinely appreciate the effort and time she put in to make this post .
With that in mind I'm encouraged to present my personal formulas in a similar fashion. Appreciate your the idea.
I was tweaking the initial sugar free rice pudding recipe to make it for the taste of my family. I must tell you it was a terrific outcome. They loved the taste, the thickness and enjoyed having a treat such as this in the midst of a stressful week. They quite simply asked for lots more, a lot more. Thus the next time I'm not going to make the same miscalculation. I'm gonna twin the volume to get them happy.

One year ago today I wrote my first post because of this blog. WHILE I started I really never believed anyone would go through it. For a couple of months I had been writing simply for myself and both other people I put told about the blog. Then I discovered Foodbuzz, and was launched to a wide world of food bloggers. These were kind and supportive, and I love to think that one particular I've fulfilled" through Foodbuzz are my close friends.
When I started writing the blog, I had fashioned trouble coming up with what to state. What is it people want to read? Then I came across this quotation:
Easier to write on your own and have zero public, than to create for the public and have no self. ~Cyril Connolly
It helped me recognize that writing for some imaginary potential target audience won't work. This website is a place for me to share my experiences with food, formulas I enjoy, and the casual anecdote about my day time. It's an escape from the day to day time above all else (sometimes I even compose my articles while at work when I need to clear my head; sshh, don't inform anyone!)
My original plan was to remake the Amaretto Mozzarella cheese Tart I wrote about in my first post. An unexpected condo visit on Sunday transformed my plans. Instead I'm posting these Banana Nutella Muffins along with you. They appear appropriate since muffins are probably the baked great I maximize.
I was hoping for more of a Nutella swirl look to them, but We over-mixed the batter and shed the swirl. It's ok, they still taste great, as well as the Nutella drizzle at the top completely makes up for having less swirl inside.
Don't be concerned, I'll help to make the tart shortly!
Banana Nutella Muffins
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cooking powder
1 ripe but strong banana for garnish (optional)
Preheat the oven to 375. Range a 12 cup muffin tin.
In a large bowl, blend the flours, baking powder and salt collectively.
In a separate bowl, combine the mashed banana, butter and egg jointly. Stir within the yogurt and vanilla.
Blend the wet in to the dry until simply combined. Stir within the Nutella.
Pour batter evenly into the prepared muffin tin. Best each muffin with thin pieces of banana.
Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Once done, cool on a cable rack. Drizzle with Nutella.
